| How does it work?
Pex (plastic) tubing is installed underneath or within the floor. Heated water circulates through Pex tubing in each room or zone. Aluminum reflectors, which are installed under the tubing warm up and heat the floor evenly. Heated floor emits energy. The floor functions as a radiator warming a room and all objects in it to am even temperature. As the water passes through each zone, depending on the suitable temperature, it either continues to be heated or runs in a closed circuit to keep the temperature at one level. If the demanded temperature is too low, the water returns to the heat source. At the heat source, the water is reheated and then re-circulated.
