What is Radiant Heating?
Unlike other methods of space heating, which use convection heating, radiant heating transmits radiant energy. Radiant energy is emitted from a heat source which heats other objects rather than increasing the temperature of the air.
Radiant floor heating is the most effective and economical method of heating your home or business. The plastic tubing which is either installed beneath or within the floor carries heated water. The warmth from the heated water in the tubes is then transmitted to the floor which then emits the energy and warms people and objects within the given space.
